For change-of-mind returns, the request must be made within 48 hours.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
For electronics, the seal must not be broken unless the item is defective.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
We will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds can be processed via mobile money, bank transfer, or store credit.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days.

Digital products and downloads
Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
